Responsibilities
- Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, all liquor brands, garnishes, contents, preparation methods/time, portion size, presentation and price / Developing new cocktail recipes.
- Monitors and manages the ordering of wine, spirits, bar tools and equipment / Maintain beverage inventories.
- Develop and update cocktail menus in line with latest industry trends / Analyze alcoholic beverage business.
- Have passion to experiment in mixing new drinks / Creates innovative drink concepts for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure outlets meet all company standards, requirements, policies and regulations.
- Provides prompt, courteous service to guests and employees while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
- Knowledgeable on hygiene issues / Have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the industry
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Friendly personalities and good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and ability to come up with new drink recipes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
